Project Manager/Lead Instructional System Designer

- Oversee the development and delivery of classroom-based curricula for the entire Enlisted Professional Military Education branch of Marine Corps University.
- Coordinate with senior Marine Corps officers and senior enlisted personnel to ensure the accuracy of courseware across the entire EPME curricula.
- Managed timelines and deliverables for four curricula (Advanced, Career, Sergeant and Corporal) to ensure timely accurate delivery.
- Coordinate customer expectations with realistic delivery goals to ensure the timely delivery of 36 courses for the Advanced Course and the entire Corporals Course curricula.
- Develop strategy for distance learning and develop plan to deliver courseware to the College of Continuing Education for deployment on MarineNet.
Senior Instructional System Designer

- Manage the development written storyboards of engaging, interactive and instructionally sound classroom materials for the Marine Corps Enlisted Professional Military Education, Advanced and Sergeants course curricula.
- Develop and maintain the Distance Learning Style Guide and templates used by Instructional System Specialist and Subject Matter Experts to create distance learning modules.
- Review the current curricula for the Sergeants Course and identify gaps in training and develop strategies to engage students with adult learning methodologies to enhance the learning environment.
- Work in conjunction with Marine Corps Course Coordinator to develop long-range strategic plans for courseware.
- Review courseware with other departments including:
- Developing storyboards to represent design of courseware content
- Collaboration with graphic artist for page layouts
- Identifying locations for media supporting each lesson/course
- Working directly with key personnel during the development to ensure changes are made
