Professionalism

Over a decade of client and customer facing exposure has given me experience dealing with new hires to corporate executives and general military officers. A major part of integrating with differing professionals is to gain an understanding the organizational culture.

Starting in the Higher Education field, I learned firsthand of challenges of integrating the needs of tenured professionals, young learners and education executives to bring forth a learning solution for the University environment. Later, I spent several years working in the IT industry. With this I became acclimated to the laissez-faire mentality of the free spirits that populate that industry. Transitioning into the structure and discipline of the Marine Corps has allowed me to better understand the military and contracting industry. This environmental knowledge allows me to integrate fully into my surrounding and push my team and co-workers forward in a positive way.
